ADHD Medication Referral Pathway
Precision Neuro Clinic works with Phoenix Mental Health Services to provide an onward ADHD medication pathway for patients who wish to explore medication following diagnosis.
Phoenix Mental Health Services is an independent specialist provider and will undertake its own clinical review to determine whether ADHD medication is appropriate and safe for you.
Where clinically appropriate, the service may include:
• ADHD medication initiation
• Medication titration
• Physical health and treatment monitoring
• Clinical medication reviews
• Ongoing prescribing and medication management
Precision Neuro Clinic does not currently provide ADHD medication prescribing directly.
Medication assessment, prescribing and treatment are provided independently by Phoenix Mental Health Services under their own clinical governance arrangements.
How the Referral Pathway Works
1. ADHD Assessment
Complete your ADHD diagnostic assessment with Precision Neuro Clinic.
2. Diagnosis & Recommendations
You will receive your clinical outcome, report and personalised recommendations.
3. Discuss Medication
If you would like to explore medication, speak to the Precision Neuro Clinic team about the available referral pathway.
4. Consent to Referral
With your consent, we can securely share your ADHD assessment report and relevant clinical information with Phoenix Mental Health Services.
5. Independent Clinical Review
Phoenix will contact you directly and undertake its own clinical review to determine whether medication is clinically appropriate.
6. Medication Initiation & Titration
Where medication is considered appropriate, Phoenix can independently manage medication initiation, titration, monitoring and ongoing prescribing.
Preferential Pathway for Precision Neuro Clinic Patients
Patients referred through Precision Neuro Clinic can access our agreed partner referral pathway and discount with Phoenix Mental Health Services.
You do not need to arrange the clinical referral yourself. With your consent, Precision Neuro Clinic can coordinate the referral and securely provide the relevant assessment information.
Medication treatment and associated medication-service payments are arranged directly between the patient and Phoenix Mental Health Services.

If you already have an ADHD diagnosis from another provider and are looking for medication treatment, please contact Precision Neuro Clinic before booking.
Our team can advise whether our onward referral pathway may be suitable and what clinical documentation may be required.

No. If you would like to use the referral pathway, please contact the Precision Neuro Clinic team. With your consent, we can coordinate the referral and securely send the appropriate clinical information.

Patients referred through Precision Neuro Clinic can access our agreed partner referral pathway and discount with Phoenix Mental Health Services. Our team can provide further information about the referral process.
