Debbie Ferreira is the Founder of Precision Neuro Clinic and an experienced Clinical Neurodevelopmental Specialist with over 20 years of experience across NHS and independent healthcare services. She has extensive experience in mental health and neurodevelopmental practice across the lifespan, working with children, young people, adults and older adults. "My aim is to ensure that every patient receives an accurate assessment, clear explanations and personalised care in a supportive, respectful and compassionate environment. I believe that timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment can make a meaningful difference to people's lives and help them achieve their full potential." - Debbie Ferreira.

Dr Anayo Unachukwu is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Section 12 Approved Doctor with extensive experience in the assessment and management of complex mental disorders. His clinical practice encompasses the care of individuals with severe and enduring mental illness, including mentally disordered offenders, patients presenting with significant risk, and those with co-occurring substance misuse disorders. His particular areas of interest include neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD), dementia, psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, cPTSD, anxiety disorders, mental capacity assessment, complex risk assessment and formulation, and medicolegal psychiatry. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Unachukwu is actively engaged in academia, postgraduate medical education, and clinical research. He is a GMC-approved trainer for postgraduate resident doctors and serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, with a strong commitment to teaching, mentoring, and advancing psychiatric practice. Dr Unachukwu is also a Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator in a number of clinical research studies, with particular interests in dementia and psychosis. His research focuses on improving the understanding and treatment of complex neuropsychiatric disorders through high-quality, evidence-based investigation. He has a longstanding interest in medicolegal psychiatry and has prepared independent expert psychiatric reports for the Royal Courts of Justice, Crown Court, and Magistrates' Courts. His expertise includes capacity assessments, complex risk formulation, and the psychiatric assessment of individuals involved in legal proceedings. Dr Unachukwu is committed to delivering thorough, evidence-based, and person-centred psychiatric assessments, providing clear, balanced, and professionally reasoned opinions in both clinical and legal contexts. His approach combines clinical excellence with academic rigour, ensuring that every assessment is comprehensive, objective, and tailored to the needs of the individual.

Mostafa brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience across the NHS, pharmaceutical, medical technology and medical education sectors, working at UK, European and global levels with some of the world's leading healthcare organisations. He has worked closely with NHS organisations on service agreements and access to care, and has helped secure health insurance coverage for diagnostic services internationally. He has worked alongside neurologists, neurosurgeons and radiologists in medical imaging, and has led worldwide marketing for continuing medical education, including mental health education programmes for healthcare professionals. At Precision Neuro Clinic, Mostafa leads the development of NHS, GP and professional referral pathways, as well as partnerships with employers, insurers and education providers, with one aim: helping more children, young people and adults access timely, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessment and support. Mostafa holds an MA in Pharmaceutical Science and is a published author in health economics. **Outside work** A former England under-18 basketball player, Mostafa still plays every week and coaches youth basketball as a Basketball England qualified coach. He's passionate about helping young people build confidence and reach their potential, on and off the court. He also enjoys sci-fi, animation and comedy.

Chijioke is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years of extensive experience across acute, community, CAMHS and specialist neurodevelopmental services. He has a strong clinical focus on ADHD assessment, diagnostic formulation and high-quality report writing.

Jamila specialises in strategic HR, employee relations, talent management and organisational development. She is committed to building high-performing teams and fostering positive workplace cultures.

Tewogbola has a background in biomedical science, healthcare administration and marketing. She supports the day-to-day administration of Precision Neuro Clinic, while also contributing to the clinic’s social media and communications. With a strong interest in healthcare communication and health policy, she is passionate about making information clear, accessible and engaging, to help create a positive experience for patients and their families.
